Time for Twitter?

hey fam!
ok i've noticed no one is really posting anything anymore. maybe it's too much time or effort or whatever. just wanted to post an easier/quicker alternative. i joined twitter a while ago and it is super simple and quick to post updates (less than 140 characters) of what you're doing on a day to day basis. my profile name is sevenmir if anyone signs up and wants to follow my 'tweets.'
it's a relatively new social networking idea, so i posted a great video that tells you all about it:

K & K Wedding

I don't have many pics. But here are a few from the reception. We had such a great time! Andrew, Ric, Cindy & I went to the Monterey Aquairium while most of the gang went golfing on Sat. Look at the expression on Grandma Pete's face as she's trying to dance with Andrew. Now that was funny!!!

colorful colorado!

hey fam!
i don't know if anyone still checks this blog, but i just wanted to post a couple pictures from colorado. i love it out here! and the agency i'm at is really cool. they have a free gym and free food.
i think i moved out here at the right time - the leaves are changing and the colors are beautiful!
the last picture here is me at the celestial seasonings factory. the tea company's hq are here in boulder and you can take a free tour of the facility and try all the flavors of tea!
i'd love to see some pictures from k&k's wedding on here! i'm sad i had to miss it but i was a bridesmaid in my best friend's wedding the same weekend.
i might be going out to laramie next weekend to go to a football game with uncle rolf! hope everyone is looking forward to halloween!

a week in norway and sweden

1. stockholm, sweden. this is the view from across the water at our boat hostel.
2. ice bar in stockholm. the whole bar is made out of ice! sponsored by absolut vodka
3. it's about 23 degrees inside ice bar so you get to wear these sweet overcoats and gloves. and the glasses you drink out of are made of ice too.
4. at the edvard munch museum in oslo, norway. 'the scream' is back and restored after being stolen for a couple years.
5. bergen, norway. the second biggest city in norway - this is where we stayed after seeing the fjords.

the parents and i are flying to boulder this weekend! excited to see uncle rolf, move into my apt and start my internship on monday!

my friend ming-mei and i took a weekend trip to berlin. it is such an amazing city! there is so much history and it's like eastern and western europe blended together. we took a 3 1/2 hour walking tour with an amazing tour guide who is studying history at oxoford. i just wanted to share some pictures with everyone!
these pictures are: the jewish memorial, a communist propaganda mural at hitler's former air force hq, brandenberg gate, picture near the book burning memorial and at the berlin wall.

OK, I know this is alot of photos. Sorry, but I hope you enjoy them. Our friends have a boat and we spent most of our time out on the water, catching lobsters and other sea creatures. Then we'd go back to the house and have a feast. They have a 7 year old son who became Andrew's little brother for the week. They had a great time. Luke followed Andrew around like a puppy and Andrew was very good to him. It was a great family vacation. We're hoping to plan a trip for them to come out here next summer so we can show them all the fun things to do in our neck of the woods. We'd also like to take them to Glacier and Yellowstone.

1 Month to Go

Hey there Peterson Clan...

Let us start by saying that our first post on the blog is far overdue.

That being said... we have loved checking up on all of you guys and seeing what (most) everyone is up to.

Sooo...

1 month is about 30 days, which is about one cycle of the moon, and that is not much time at all.

There is all kinds of things to do with the wedding and we're both so excited that so many of you guys can come down... So hopefully we can you show you all a good time.

And if we have any luck and good medicine, Grandma Pete is gonna grace us with one amazing song and one more on the more humorous side for all of us.

Hello From Idaho!!

Hey all! It's been great to follow along with all of the family happenings. Tori, I love your idea about utilizing a calendar. Perhaps we could either switch to the Yahoo group or find a calendar website that allows everyone to post their own important dates. Either way works for me. By the way, Kodi is a doll!

Mandy, congrats on the acceptance to CP+B! What an outstanding school! You'll love Colorado.

Zoe and I have some news of our own...we are expecting our first little one sometime in April! Yes, that's right - the perennial college nerds are finally settling down. Zoe continues to accel in her career at Ada Animal Hospital. I'm currently working for a healthcare services company in Coeur d' Alene, ID, but plan to cut back to part-time and return to Boise at Micron in the Marketing Strategy Group for the time being. We're just finishing the bottom floor of our house and adding plenty of room, so there's no excuse for all of you not to visit. We look forward to what the next 7 months will bring. Tori, any advice?

I'm glad to hear everything is going so well for everyone. Zoe and I look forward to seeing ya'all at Kirt's wedding in October!
